Matthew Tack, NHA, Executive Director of Oakmont Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation.  Matt has been a licensed adminsitrator for over twenty-five years, and served as the leader of Oakmont Center since 2015.  Matt has a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Mercyhurst University.

Anthony Jessie, Environmental Services Supervisor.   Anthony, or ‘Tony’, leads the housekeeping and laundry staff at Oakmont Center.   Tony’s goal is to provide a Tony originally hails from Washington, D.C. and now resides in Pittsburgh with his significant other, Darla.  Tony has two children, Toni and Alyse.

Michele Moses, NHA, Assistant Administrator at Oakmont Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation and faithful care-partner since 2010.   Michele has earned her Nursing Home Administrator license in December of 2017.  Michele has completed the Administrator in Training program here at Oakmont Center and gained experience in many areas throughout skilled nursing.

Amanda Cappatt, PT, Director of Rehabilitation.   Amanda leads the Rehabilitation Department, including Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists.   Amanda earned her Bachelor’s Degree from St. Bonaventure University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chatham University.

Linda Sims, RN, RAC-CT, Assessment Nurse Coordinator, resides in New Kensington and earned her Associates Degree from Beaver County Community College and her Bachelor’s Degree from Slippery Rock University.  Linda has been working in long-term-care for over twenty-five years.

Niea Bey, RN, Director of Nursing Services.   Niea is a Registered Nurse and graduated from the Shadyside School of Nursing.   Niea oversees the entire nursing department and works hand-in-hand with the attending physicians of Oakmont Center.

Ramona Metz, Life Enrichment Director.   Ramona provides for the activity and social engagement at Oakmont Center.  Ramona has been a faithful care-partner of Oakmont Center for over ten years.   Ramona has an Associates Degree in Business and has owned her own Dance Studio.

Kristin Serluco, Social Services Director, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in School Psychology.  Kristin has previously worked in the education system as a psychologist.   Kristin lives in Leechburg with her husband, Paul, and enjoys traveling.
