Oakmont Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is exited to provide our residents with Geriatric Enhanced Modalities (GEM) through our Partner with Aegis Therapy.

Our highly trained therapist utilize Electric stimulation, diathermy and Ultra sound.  Equipment such as the Omnicycle is utilized to improve endurance, range of motion and strengthening.

Dr. James Kreshon, DO is the attending Physiatrist at Oakmont Center. Dr. Kreshon is a specialist in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a focus on orthopedic, geriatric and amputee rehabilitation.  Dr. Kreshon completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.  He is a member of multiple professional societies and is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and the Pennsylvania State Board of Osteopathic Medicine.
